Q. How does it work?

A. The commission process is very simple and easygoing, we talk about your project and budget before any decisions are made and work together to come up with a contract fitting both our ideas.

The contract includes notes on the subject matter, timeline, and size as well as any other project specific agreements we made.

Before I begin any work, you pay a nonrefundable deposit that is a percentage of the full project proposal and we agree on an amount together. I’ll work through several sketches to make sure we are on the same page before jumping in.

After it’s certain we’re on the same page, I work on your piece with very little check ins (unless you specifically request updates). This allows me to do my best work, and should be noted ahead of time that I do tend to go quiet. I may reach out with clarifying questions or to get your input on something.

When it’s finished, we have a conversation about whether or not you want to see the piece before it ships, you pay the leftover balance, I ship your piece and send you a shipping invoice with tracking information.

Q. How much will it cost?

A. Commission pricing varies, and I give estimates as soon as I know enough about the project to feel comfortable doing so. Variables would include the size you have in mind, complexity, if there are references you’d like me to work from, timeline, and materials.

Original artwork in a collaboration like this is a real investment for both parties - please keep that in mind. Without knowing anything about your project, current pricing for projects I am taking are estimated between 600 and 2k and that is the largest general estimate I can give at this time.

Q. How long does it take?

A. Every project is different, typically an estimate of 3-4 months is pretty solid. I will not accept project proposals that require a finished piece in under 8 weeks unless under very special (expensive) circumstances.

Q. What kind of commissions are you accepting?

A. Recently I have been working with landscapes and portraiture, but I am open to considering whatever you want to bring me, nsfw and pet portraits included. And yes, that is a funny combo sentence.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. The cost of shipping anywhere in the world is on you, the customer. We can figure it out and I ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
